This notice explains how we use the personal information you give us when you enter Find Tiger (October 12 – November 30, 2026). Effective October 12, 2026.
1. Who we are. WHITE TIGER GROUND (화이트타이거그라운드 유한책임회사), Suite 810, 205-27 Gasan digital 1-ro, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, maker of ANDKWAN®, is responsible for your information. Privacy contact: Kwanyoung Park, CEO, andkwan@andkwan.com.
2. What we collect.

The IDs of friends you tag are public account IDs. We use them only to check that they are real, active accounts and to count your points.
3. Why we use it. To run the contest: count and review points, prevent fraud, contact entrants and winners, announce winners, pay prizes and meet tax rules. With your separate permission, we may quote your reason in ANDKWAN materials.
4. Public display. Daily rankings show only part of your account ID (for example, an****n). Winners' account IDs are announced on December 19, 2026.
5. How long we keep it. Participant information is deleted by June 30, 2027. Winner payment and tax records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
6. Who we share it with. We do not sell your information. Service providers store or process it for us: the cloud services behind our submission form and internal review tool*, and our bank or payment provider for prizes. We share information with authorities only where the law requires.
7. Transfer abroad. These providers may store information on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Each provider protects it under its own security terms.
8. Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing andkwan@andkwan.com. If you withdraw before December 19, 2026, your entries are removed from the contest. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator.
9. Minors. You must be 13 or older to enter. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian must agree. In Korea, entrants under 14 need a legal guardian's consent to collect their information.
10. Changes. If this notice changes, we will post the new version on the campaign page with its effective date.

タグ付けした友だちのIDは公開アカウントIDです。実際に活動中のアカウントかの確認とポイント計算にのみ使用します。
3. 利用目的。 コンテストの運営（ポイントの集計・審査、不正防止、応募者・当選者への連絡、当選発表、賞金のお支払い、税務対応）。別途許可をいただいた場合のみ、理由の文章をANDKWANの資料に引用します。
4. 公開表示。 デイリーランキングではアカウントIDの一部のみを表示します（例：an****n）。当選者のアカウントIDは2026年12月19日に発表します。
5. 保管期間。 参加者の情報は2027年6月30日までに削除します。当選者の支払・税務記録は税法で定める期間保管します。
6. 提供・委託。 個人情報を販売することはありません。保管・処理の委託先：応募フォームと社内審査ツールのクラウドサービス*、賞金支払いのための銀行・決済事業者。法令に基づく場合のみ行政機関に提供します。
7. 外国への移転。 委託先は、米国を含むお住まいの国以外のサーバーに情報を保管する場合があります。各委託先は自社のセキュリティ規約に基づき情報を保護します。
8. ご本人の権利。 andkwan@andkwan.comへのご連絡で、開示・訂正・削除、同意の撤回を求めることができます。2026年12月19日より前に撤回された場合、応募はコンテストから除外されます。お住まいの国の個人情報保護機関に苦情を申し立てることもできます。
9. 未成年の方。 応募は13歳以上が対象です。お住まいの地域で未成年の方は保護者の同意が必要です。韓国では、14歳未満の方の情報収集に法定代理人の同意が必要です。
10. 変更。 本案内を変更する場合は、施行日を明記した新しい版をキャンペーンページに掲載します。

태그한 친구 아이디는 공개 계정 아이디이며, 실제 활동 계정 여부 확인과 점수 계산에만 사용합니다.
3. 이용 목적. 콘테스트 운영(점수 산정·검수, 부정 방지, 참가자·당첨자 연락, 당첨자 발표, 상금 지급, 세무 처리). 별도로 허락한 경우에만 태그 이유 문구를 ANDKWAN 자료에 인용합니다.
4. 공개 표시. 일일 순위에는 계정 아이디 일부만 표시합니다(예: an****n). 당첨자 계정 아이디는 2026년 12월 19일에 발표합니다.
5. 보유 기간. 참가자 정보는 2027년 6월 30일까지 파기합니다. 당첨자의 지급·세무 기록은 세법이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
6. 제공·위탁. 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 보관·처리 위탁처: 제출 폼과 사내 검수 도구의 클라우드 서비스*, 상금 지급을 위한 은행·결제 업체. 법령에 따른 경우에만 관계 기관에 제공합니다.
7. 국외 이전. 위탁처는 미국 등 거주국 밖의 서버에 정보를 보관할 수 있습니다. 각 위탁처는 자사 보안 약관에 따라 정보를 보호합니다.
8. 정보주체의 권리. andkwan@andkwan.com으로 열람·정정·삭제와 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 2026년 12월 19일 이전에 철회하면 참여 기록이 콘테스트에서 제외됩니다. 거주 국가의 개인정보 보호 기관에 민원을 제기할 수도 있습니다.
9. 미성년자. 만 13세 이상만 참여할 수 있습니다. 거주 지역 기준 미성년자는 보호자 동의가 필요합니다. 한국에서는 만 14세 미만의 개인정보 수집에 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다.
10. 변경. 이 안내가 바뀌면 시행일을 밝힌 새 버전을 캠페인 페이지에 게시합니다.
